We’ll manufacture your product to your design exclusively for you, applying our experience with CNC Lathes, Mills, Hobs, Shavers, Gear Grinding, Broach, LaserMarking, or Assembly processes. With decades of experience designing and field-testing products, both our Engineering and Sales Staff are available to answer your most challenging technical questions. Contract Manufacturing Service

Your product to your design exclusively for you, applying our experience with CNC Lathes, Mills, Hobs, Shavers, Gear Grinding,Broach, Surface Finishing, Laser Marking, or Assembly processes.  We specialize in metal products that require machining.  We can bring the product from a raw material to a finished good. We also have some clients who provide semi-completed products on which we machine a few additional features and return to our client.  This helps our clients increase the throughput of their operational bottlenecks, or covers their machining needs while they source & setup up their own future machine centers.

Rework Service

If the product you purchased from another supplier arrived out of spec, PAI offers reworking solutions, bringing the product back to your specification. Billed on a time & material basis, you can even pass the cost of rework back to your original supplier. This service allows you to recover product and get it into your saleable stock quickly.

Back Order Relief Service

We can rush a batch of your product into production to help you fill in your customer back orders when you experience supply chain disruptions & delays. 

Quality Assurance Service

We provide quality services that include high-tech measurements on our CMMs, Gear Noise Roll-tester, Gleason 350GMM Analytical Gear Tester,GearScan 500 StressTech gear stress tester, Alloy Metallurgical Analysis,Diesel Engine Dyno testing, and more.

Assembly & Test

We assemble and test mechanical systems such as water pumps, oil pumps, transmissions, gear boxes, clutches, and much more.

Quality Control
PAI QC/Metallurgy lab not only provides routine inspection to guarantee meeting customer requirements but also offers comprehensive state-of-the-art metallurgical testing and analysis
